Lilliam Rodriguez, PhD is a licensed psychologist with over 14 years of experience as a clinical practitioner. She has worked in both the private and public sectors conducting psychological evaluations, teaching undergraduate courses and serving as a behavioral healthcare leader.
Dr. Rodríguez's unique experience and balanced expertise of optimal clinical care and executive leadership led to her experience in co-founding this healthcare consulting firm and in the successful acquisition of a medical billing company. She is fluent in both Spanish and English, which has allowed her to work with a diverse range of clients and businesses.
Tiffany Tait, LCSW, PMP, LSSBB
Chief Operating Officer
Tiffany Tait is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB). Tiffany has served the behavioral health community field for over 15 years as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and behavioral healthcare executive. Additionally, Tiffany holds 8 years of experience in developing and restructuring behavioral healthcare facilities nationally.
Tiffany is currently based out of Florida and actively serves on both social service non-profit and tech industry for-profit boards. Tiffany is most notably recognized for her successes in healthcare program development, executive leadership development, and organizational restructuring.
